Southern China's Hainan province continues to enhance capacity for innovation with the expansion of Fullsing Internet Industrial Park, a key industrial park located in Haikou. With the policy support of the Hainan Free Trade Port, Haikou is cultivating emerging Internet industries, and Haikou Fullsing Internet Industrial Park is seeing rapid industry growth. The annual revenues of the park in 2021 exceeded RMB 100 billion, with tax revenues over RMB 5 billion. The revenue of Internet companies in the park accounts for more than 40% of the province's Internet industry revenues. It took only 5 years for Fullsing to become a member of the RMB 100 Billion Revenue Club.
